I am an experienced attorney who has prosecuted and defended cases successfully. After spending over five years at the Delaware Attorney General’s Office prosecuting cases, several years ago I took up the defense of people who have been charged with crimes in Delaware. I will defend people with charges ranging from traffic offenses and DUI to serious felonies. Because I have been both a prosecutor and defense attorney, I understand how to obtain the best possible resolution for you.

There are all types of programs for first time offenders in Delaware: (1) Probation Before Judgment in CCP, Superior Court, Family Court or JP Courts; (2) Arbitration, School Diversion and Probation Before Adjudication of Delinquency for juveniles in Family Court; and (3) First Offenders Program for Domestic Violence in Family Court for Adults. The good thing about all of these is that if properly completed, then any charges that are resolved by the above programs can be expunged off your record after completing any court conditions. |
