I am an experienced attorney who has prosecuted and defended cases successfully. After spending over five years at the Delaware Attorney General’s Office prosecuting cases, several years ago I took up the defense of people who have been charged with crimes in Delaware. I will defend people with charges ranging from traffic offenses and DUI to serious felonies. Because I have been both a prosecutor and defense attorney, I understand how to obtain the best possible resolution for you.

Some traffic cases can be handled in court by a plea-in abstentia, meaning the attorney can work out a plea in advance with a client and the client will not have to show up for court if all the paperwork has been filled out properly. This saves time and money for traffic clients.
