JUVENILE CRIMES
When juveniles (persons under the age of 18) are charged with crimes, a conviction can have consequences that follow them for the rest of their lives. It is imperative to hire an attorney who is familiar with Family Court and its processes. I have spent much of my time in Family Court protecting the rights of juvenile offenders. Family Court is meant to serve the best interest of the child and there are many opportunities available for a juvenile who is charged with a crime to engage in a Diversionary Program which would eliminate the burden of a juvenile record. I am familiar with all of the relevant programs and can help a juvenile who is charged with a crime to achieve the best possible outcome.
It is also possible to have a juvenile’s record expunged, meaning the court would wipe away any trace that a juvenile was convicted of a charge, or even arrested.

Oftentimes when families dispute, the police are called and charges are filed in Family Court. I understand how delicate these situations are and will defend you while allowing you to keep your dignity. I am familiar with all of the programs that the Family Court has to offer and can guide you through the process with the least amount of harm to you.
