DELAWARE SENTENCING GUIDELINES

In the State of Delaware, SENTAC, the Delaware Sentencing Accountability Commission, has set 2010 guidelines for sentencing. There are classifications of felonies ranging from A to G, misdemeanors A, B and unclassified, and violations. I am listing the crimes in each classification and subdivision, and the chart of sentencing guidelines for each crime. Please note that the classification can be mitigated or raised according to past criminal history and whether the accused is awaiting trial or used excessive cruelty.
