I am an experienced attorney who has prosecuted and defended cases successfully. After spending over five years at the Delaware Attorney General’s Office prosecuting cases, several years ago I took up the defense of people who have been charged with crimes in Delaware. I will defend people with charges ranging from traffic offenses and DUI to serious felonies. Because I have been both a prosecutor and defense attorney, I understand how to obtain the best possible resolution for you.

I have extensive experience in all the courts of Delaware in all three counties – New Castle, Kent and Sussex. Whether it is Family Court, Justice of the Peace Court, Alderman’s Court, the Court of Common Pleas or Superior Court, I will be there to defend you and fight for your rights. If you are charged with a traffic offense, violation, misdemeanor or felony, I will be committed to helping you with competent representation and a supportive environment. I understand how important it is to treat a client with the utmost respect and I guarantee to keep you informed at every step in your case. If you leave a message with my office, I will return your call within 24 hours.
